Wine Tower

Castelnuovo Don Bosco, Torino, Italy — 2024

Project: Private commission

Technique: Spray paint on wall

Created on the facade of a winery in the heart of the Asti wine region, this site-specific street art intervention represents an extraordinary fusion of territorial marketing and avant-garde pop surrealism. The artwork reinterprets the identity and tradition of local wine production, translating it into an impressive visual landmark that naturally dialogues with the building's industrial architecture.

The facade is dominated by a majestic anthropomorphic character born from the metamorphosis of a grapevine plant. The gnarled, twisting trunk develops vertically, transforming into an expressive botanical face with large, glowing psychedelic eyes. The creature's hair and veins light up in vibrant purple and fucsia tones, enriched by detailed grape clusters that recall the raw essence of wine production. The entire figure is immersed in a dreamlike atmosphere, framed by a saturated pink twilight sky and a painted trompe-l'œil wooden structure enclosing the top of the tower.
